: (1) Any kind of documents collected abroad in connection with drug investigation can be presented as evidence to the officer who hears the case.
(2) In connection with the investigation of narcotics, the investigating officer may submit video tapes, cassette tapes and any other kind of photographs as evidence to the investigating officer.
